Hai Tao Kee Char Ying Yong | 70 years
My grandfather (爷爷)born in Alor Star back in 1940. He started Char Ying Yong business with his father in a small tiny stall at one of the backlane at Pekan Cina (China Town) during his teen's ages. There's 2x Ying Yong stalls at Hai Tao Kee, not-to-surprise, that's his Sibling though :)
The business passing down to my father who are 3rd generation now and we are still believe & persist in charcoal-fry-cooking method. The "Wok-Hei" and slightly burnt smell which really call out the yummy-licious and authentic of CHAR-coal-cook.

We are bringing local food from Alor Star to you in Frozen Ready-to-Eat (RTE) format.
We explore and experimenting alternative solution : Persistence in charcoal-fry method, discover convenient and ready to consume pack to our diners, frozen-reheat-safe, last but not least we are serious into handling cold-chain logistic/distribution to ensure the food quality.
We only provide 1 or 2 times monthly open-selling at KL/Selangor.
